Terms & Conditions

1. Payment: Chess Brains requires monthly fees to be paid in advance at the beginning of each month. Payment can be made through the designated payment methods provided by Chess Brains. Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.

2. Cancellation Policy: To cancel enrollment and avoid further charges, Chess Brains must be notified at least one month in advance. Failure to provide the required one-month notice will result in the continuation of monthly fees for the subsequent month.

3. Refunds: In the event that a student decides to drop out or discontinue their enrollment during the month, no refunds or pro-rated fees will be provided. Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced.

4. Schedule Changes: Chess Brains reserves the right to modify class schedules, coaching assignments, or program offerings at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to students and alternative arrangements will be made, if necessary.

5. Conduct and Behavior: Students are expected to adhere to a respectful and disciplined code of conduct during all chess training sessions. Chess Brains reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of services, in the event of disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability: Chess Brains and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the course of training sessions or related activities. Students and their legal guardians assume full responsibility for their own well-being and property.

By enrolling in Chess Brains' chess training program, students and their legal guardians acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
